Terms of Service
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Identity Quantum Computing Technology Joint Stock Company (enterprise code 0111607022, "we") on your use of identityoperator.com and its services. They are also the general transaction conditions for every purchase of plans and credits on the site. By creating an account, subscribing or paying, you confirm that you have read and agree to them. The Vietnamese version governs; this is a translation.
1. The service
We provide online tools for learning and research in quantum computing:
AI chat and a research assistant, using third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, Moonshot AI Kimi);
Code Studio: write, run and debug code on our servers, and save projects to the cloud;
GPU training: GPU machines rented by the minute from providers on the vast.ai marketplace to run your code.
What each plan includes is described on the Pricing page. We may improve, change or add features; when a change significantly reduces what a plan you're paying for includes, we tell you at least 30 days in advance.
2. Your account
You need an account to run code, subscribe and pay. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
People under 16 may use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. Payments must be made, or agreed to, by a person with full legal capacity.
3. Prices, plans and credits
Prices on the Pricing page are in Vietnamese đồng and include VAT; there is no delivery charge or any other fee, as set out in the Pricing Policy. Before you pay, the checkout page shows the order, price, tax, any balance applied and the total for you to review.
Each paid plan has a monthly usage allowance, measured in credits, for AI chat, the research assistant and GPU training. A plan's credits are granted every month and expire at the end of the month if unused. The free plan has no monthly allowance: its AI usage comes in 10-hour windows, with a weekly limit, and what's unused expires when a window ends; its free GPU time comes in sessions on Starter cards, within the limits on the Pricing page. Credits you top up are added after the payment succeeds and stay valid for the period in the Pricing Policy.
Each plan has technical limits (runs at once, memory, run length, storage, chat history kept, GPU jobs and so on), as set out in the comparison table on the Pricing page. They're applied automatically.
4. Payment and automatic renewal
Payments go through MoMo under the Payment Policy. Monthly and yearly plans renew at the end of each period at the current price until you cancel. For now, each renewal is paid by link: 3 days before the period ends, we email you a payment link.
If a renewal isn't paid when the period ends, the plan becomes past due and we remind you on the schedule in the Payment Policy. If it still isn't paid, the plan ends.
Period start and end dates and renewal dates are in Vietnam time (GMT+7).
5. Cancelling, changing plans and refunds
You can cancel or change your plan at any time in Billing. Cancellations, plan changes and refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
break Vietnamese law or anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights;
attack, scan, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems or anyone else’s;
mine cryptocurrency, run public services or proxies, or do anything unrelated to learning, research and software development on our servers or GPU machines;
get around your plan's limits, share one account between several people, or resell the service without an agreement with us;
produce content prohibited by law, or deliberately make an AI model produce it.
If we find a breach, we may stop the run, GPU session or account involved, and we'll tell you why.
7. Your content and AI output
The code, data, projects and chats you create are yours. You allow us to store and process them, and to pass them to the providers needed (such as AI models and GPU machines), only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Group projects of an organization (a Lab, Department or Faculty) belong to that group: its Main version and each member's workspace in it can be viewed by the group's other members. If you leave the organization, you lose access to its group projects, and the code you put into them (your workspace included) stays with the group. Copy anything you want to keep to a personal project before you leave.
AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check results before relying on them, especially in scientific work. We don't guarantee that running code or training a model will achieve your particular goal.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously, apart from maintenance. AI chat depends on the model providers, and GPU machines on supply in the vast.ai marketplace. When no suitable GPU machine is available, the session isn't started and you aren't charged. Start-up time and machines that fail to start are not charged.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We aren't liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or data loss you could have avoided by keeping your own backups. This doesn't limit any liability the law doesn't allow us to limit, including your rights as a consumer.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service and have your account deleted at any time by contacting us. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms after telling you. If we stop providing the service through no fault of yours, we refund the part of your paid period that's left.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation under the Complaints Policy; failing that, either party may bring them before the competent People's Court in Hanoi.
12. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we publish the new version on the site and, for important changes, email you at least 15 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before that date.
13. Rights and obligations
Our rights and obligations:
to issue, publish and keep to these terms and the policies on the site; to charge only under the published Pricing Policy, and to give you the full details of any offer before you order;
to run the service safely and reliably, and to protect your personal information and business secrets under the Privacy Policy;
to suspend, restrict or close accounts in the cases in sections 6 and 10;
to take and resolve feedback, requests and complaints under the Complaints Policy;
to monitor and stop unlawful activity on the service, and to cooperate with and provide information to the competent authorities as the law requires.
Your rights and obligations:
to your rights as a consumer, and to full and accurate information about the service and about us;
to choose your plan and payment method, to have your personal data protected, and to have your feedback, requests and complaints resolved as the law provides;
to give the information needed, accurately, and to pay in full and on time;
to comply with the law, these terms and the policies on the site, and not to use the service for anything unlawful.
