Payment Policy

All payments go through the MoMo payment gateway (Online Mobile Services JSC), with these methods:

•MoMo e-wallet;

•Vietnamese ATM cards enabled for online payments;

•International Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards.

You enter your card on MoMo's payment page. We never receive, see or store your card number, expiry date or security code.

Prices are in Vietnamese đồng and include VAT. The checkout page shows the total before you confirm. Every successful payment has a payment record (PDF) you can download in Billing.

E-invoices are issued as invoicing law requires, to the invoice details you give us, and emailed to you once our e-invoicing system is live. For help with invoices, contact contact@identityoperator.com.

MoMo's minimum charge is 10,000₫ per transaction. If what you owe after your billing balance is less than that, we charge 10,000₫ and add the difference to your billing balance.

For now, every renewal is paid by link, with any of the methods in section 1: 3 days before the period ends, we email you a payment link. You pay through that link or in Billing.

Charging renewals automatically to a saved card (a Vietnamese ATM card or an international card, saved by MoMo as a token) starts only once MoMo enables it for our account. We'll update this policy and tell you before it does.

Renewal dates, period end dates and the time limits in this policy are in Vietnam time (GMT+7).

If a renewal isn't paid when the period ends, the plan becomes past due but keeps working. Once a day, up to 3 times, we email you a reminder with a payment link. You can pay straight away in Billing (the Pay now button). If it's still unpaid after the last reminder, the plan ends and your account returns to the free plan. Your projects and files aren't deleted; chat history is kept for the free plan's period after 30 days' grace (see the Privacy Policy).

A billing balance comes from changing plans mid-period (the unused part of the old plan) or from the minimum-charge difference. It's applied automatically to later plan payments and can't be exchanged for cash.

Lab plans (per seat) are paid through MoMo as above. Department, faculty and institute contracts are paid by bank transfer under the contract signed with us, with a VAT invoice.
