Display Priority Policy

This policy sets out how we order and prioritise the services, content and search results shown on the site. The site sells only Identity Quantum Computing Technology Joint Stock Company's own services: there are no other sellers, no third-party advertising and no paid placement. The Vietnamese version governs; this is a translation.
1. Plans and credits
On the Pricing page, personal plans are listed by price, lowest first (Hydrogen, Lithium, Sodium, Potassium, Rubidium), and group plans by size (Lab, Department, Faculty). Credit top-up packs are listed in a fixed order, currently fewest credits first;
The Recommended label is fixed on Sodium (personal) and Lab (groups), the plans we judge to fit the most common needs. It's the same for everyone;
When you are signed in, the Pricing page marks the plan you are on. Apart from that, everyone sees the same order and the same prices.
2. Content on the site
The Learn, Resources, Research, Hardware and Quantum Algorithms pages are written by us and ordered by learning sequence and topic. Upcoming seminars are listed soonest first; past seminars most recent first.
3. The AI assistant's search results
When the AI assistant searches the site or scientific papers, the results are ordered automatically by relevance to the question, combining keyword and semantic matching. No result is ranked higher for commercial reasons.
4. Choosing a GPU machine
You choose a GPU tier; the system picks the machine on the vast.ai marketplace: one that meets the tier's specification at the lowest rental price, and among machines within 20% of that price, the one closest to Vietnam, for a faster connection. Machines or hosts that have failed to start before, and machines in some countries, are excluded for security and reliability. What you pay depends on the tier, not on the machine picked.
5. Changes
When we change these criteria, we update this policy and the date at the top of the page.
