Pricing Policy

Plan and credit pack prices are listed on the Pricing page and in Credits, in Vietnamese đồng, including VAT at the current rate, which checkout shows.

The service is delivered online, so there is no delivery charge. We charge nothing beyond the amount shown at checkout. With an international card, the bank that issued it may charge its own fees.

A struck-through price (if any) is the price before an offer; what you pay is the price after it, as shown at checkout. The period and conditions of any offer are published before you order.

•Personal plans: paid monthly or yearly; the yearly price and what it saves over paying monthly are shown on the Pricing page;

•Lab: priced per seat, times the number of seats you choose (2 to 30);

•Departments and faculties: priced by quote, under a contract signed with us;

•The free plan (Hydrogen): no charge, within the limits on the Pricing page.

AI chat, the research assistant and GPUs are paid for in credits. Each paid plan includes credits every month, and you can buy more as credit packs in Credits. What 1 credit is worth, and each GPU tier's credits per hour (charged by the minute), are shown in Credits and when you choose a GPU tier. The credits an AI chat turn uses depend on the model and the length of the content, and are recorded in your credit history.

A plan's credits expire at the end of the month. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Top-ups are capped per month, currently at 5,000,000₫.

The unused value of a plan changed mid-period goes to your billing balance and towards later payments. MoMo's minimum charge is 10,000₫ per transaction. The details are in the Payment Policy.

When we change a plan's price, we update the Pricing page and email the people on that plan at least 15 days before the new price applies. It applies from the first renewal after that date; a period you've already paid for isn't affected. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the renewal.
